30 Minute Distance Reiki ~ Please Allow Yourself 60 Minutes For Entire Session ~ Please Note All Bookings Are Set For PST ~

1. Pre-Session Connection (10 minutes): Begin your journey with a ten-minute pre-session call. During this time, discuss your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on.
2. 30-Minute Distance Reiki Session: During your session, you will be enveloped in the soothing and healing energy of Reiki for a full 30 minutes. This dedicated time is designed to promote relaxation, stress and support overall well-being.
3. Post-Session Follow-Up (15 minutes): After the energy work is complete, reconvene for a 15-minute follow-up call to discuss your experience, any sensations felt, and insights gained during the session. This personalized discussion allows you to integrate the healing energy on a deeper level and provides an opportunity for additional guidance.
