  1. Pre-Session Connection (15 minutes): Begin your journey with a ten-minute pre-session call. During this time, discuss your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on.
  2. 30-Minute Distance Reiki Session: During your session, you will be enveloped in the soothing and healing energy of Reiki for a full 30 minutes. This dedicated time is designed to promote relaxation, stress and support overall well-being.
  3. Post-Session Follow-Up (15 minutes): After the energy work is complete, reconvene for a 15-minute follow-up call to discuss your experience, any sensations felt, and insights gained during the session. This personalized discussion allows you to integrate the healing energy on a deeper level and provides an opportunity for additional guidance. 

Sessions Take 1 Hour Total

Missed sessions will be charged a 50% rebooking fee. I spend time in meditation before each session, focusing on each individual client. This time is set aside exclusively for you and could otherwise be offered to another client in need of support.

I was drawn to Denise to ask for a reiki healing

I was drawn to Denise to ask for a reiki healing. Not having done a long distance form I wasn’t sure of what to expect.
I did experience physical sensations to my surprise and deep clearing away of blockages. The effect has been ongoing with more healing continuing.
Her authenticity was very apparent to me and I felt her essence. I am very comfortable recommending her healing work as she has brought about a dynamic change within me and I’m very grateful.
