30 Minute Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki works beyond time and space, meeting you exactly where you are. When I channel Reiki, it flows with intelligence, supporting emotional ease, nervous system regulation, and energetic clarity.

This session gently frees stagnant energy through transmutation, allowing your field to soften, rebalance, and return to flow. Many experience a deep sense of calm, lightness, and inner clarity as the energy integrates.

Simply allow yourself to receive. Reiki honors your sovereignty and supports your natural ability to realign and restore harmony.

Pre-Session Connection (15 minutes): Begin your journey with a ten-minute pre-session call. During this time, discuss your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on.

30-Minute Distance Reiki Session: During your session, you will be enveloped in the soothing and healing energy of Reiki for a full 30 minutes. This dedicated time is designed to promote relaxation, stress and support overall well-being.

Post-Session Follow-Up (15 minutes): After the energy work is complete, reconvene for a 15-minute follow-up call to discuss your experience, any sensations felt, and insights gained during the session. This personalized discussion allows you to integrate the healing energy on a deeper level and provides an opportunity for additional guidance. 

Sessions Take 1 Hour Total ***appointments are set for PST***

Missed sessions will be charged a 50% rebooking fee. I spend time in meditation before each session, focusing on each individual client. This time is set aside exclusively for you and could otherwise be offered to another client in need of support.
