Sessions Take 1 Hour 

Missed sessions will be charged a 50% rebooking fee. I spend time in meditation before each session, focusing on each individual client. This time is set aside exclusively for you and could otherwise be offered to another client in need of support.

  1. Pre-Session Connection (15 minutes): Begin your journey with a ten-minute pre-session call. During this time, discuss your intentions, concerns, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on.
  2. 30-Minute Distance Reiki Session: During your session, you will be enveloped in the soothing and healing energy of Reiki for a full 30 minutes. This dedicated time is designed to promote relaxation, stress and support overall well-being.
  3. Post-Session Follow-Up (15 minutes): After the energy work is complete, reconvene for a 15-minute follow-up call to discuss your experience, any sensations felt, and insights gained during the session. This personalized discussion allows you to integrate the healing energy on a deeper level and provides an opportunity for additional guidance.

Denise and the session has enriched my life

Hello, I'm glad that Denise had encouraged me again and again to try it. I am glad to have gotten involved with her, because with her wonderful energy she has removed deep-seated chakra blockages in me and helped me to consolidate my realignment.
