Processing Time:
I process all orders within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary during busy periods such as holidays. -
Domestic Shipping (USA):
I offer free shipping options through USPS. -
International Shipping:
I do offer international shipping, including to Canada and the UK. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that international shipments can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive due to customs processing. -
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees:
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your shipping costs at checkout. I recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on potential import charges. -
Natural Products & Temperature Sensitivity:
Please note that my natural products are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the quality of the products once they’ve been exposed to prolonged heat or cold during transit. I recommend international customers ship during seasons with more moderate temperatures to help ensure the best quality.

Returns for Domestic Orders (USA):
I happily accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, simply contact me at thesacredlotusapothecary@gmail.com. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or defective. -
Returns for International Orders:
If you are outside of the United States, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be in the original, unused condition. I recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item arrives back safely. -
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me immediately. I will guide you through the return process and offer either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Once I receive your email, I’ll send you a return authorization and detailed instructions for returning the item. -
Refund Process:
After I receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
