We want you to feel truly aligned with every item you receive from The Sacred Lotus Apothecary. Each product is handcrafted with care and intention—but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
✦ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of our offerings, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or altered products.
✦ Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened oils, sprays, skincare, or ritual tools
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Digital downloads or energy sessions
✦ Initiate a Return
Email us at thesacredlotusapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
✦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if an item is damaged or incorrect. Include photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
