Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bentonite clay 
  • 1/4 cup kaolin clay 
  • 1/4 cup calcium carbonate 
  • 1/4 cup coarse sea salt 
  • 2 tablespoons dried peppermint
  • 2 tablespoons dried chamomile 
  • 2 tablespoons dried plantain 
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon ground clove 
  • 20 drops essential oil (orange, peppermint, or spearmint, based on preference)

  3. Combine All Ingredients: Add the blended salt and herbs mixture to the bowl with the clays and calcium carbonate. Mix well.
  4. Add Essential Oils: Add 20 drops of your chosen essential oil (orange, peppermint, or spearmint). Ensure you mix thoroughly to distribute the essential oil evenly.
  5. Store Properly: Transfer your toothpowder to amber glass jars to protect it from light and maintain its potency. Ensure the lid is tight.

How to Use

  1. Wet your toothbrush and dip it into the toothpowder.
  2. Brush your teeth as usual, making sure to get all surfaces.
  3. After brushing, let the toothpowder sit in your mouth for a minute before spitting it out to allow the minerals to work on your enamel.
